I led a small team of designers juggling concurrent internal and external projects — overlapping timelines, competing priorities — which meant constant coordination with clients and project managers just to keep delivery on schedule. Managing it meant staying close to both the team's workload and each client's expectations.

Speed didn't come at the cost of quality. Iterative design improvements were made through structured feedback cycles, refining work in tight loops with the team and with clients directly. The result: projects landed on time, and client satisfaction stayed high across the board.
