TeamViewer - IoT

I directed the end-to-end design strategy for TeamViewer's cloud-based remote connectivity platform, built to serve a large base of enterprise users managing IoT devices at scale. The challenge was translation. Complex, technical device-management requirements had to become workflows that made sense to IT specialists and everyday users alike. Simplifying multi-device management became a central focus, and it showed up directly in the numbers — support tickets dropped noticeably as the platform got easier to use.

Design work didn't happen in isolation. I led design direction across several cross-functional squads, working alongside product, engineering, and QA to keep everyone pointed at the same UX vision. That alignment mattered as much as any single screen — it's what kept the platform coherent as multiple teams built on it at once.
