SecureSafe

I led the comprehensive redesign of the SecureSafe apps suite across web, mobile, and desktop, serving financial and insurance institution clients who expect security and reliability from every interaction. Three platforms meant three sets of constraints — but the experience needed to feel like one product, not three.

To get there, I built and implemented a design system that unified UX across web, mobile, and desktop. It cut design-to-dev handoff time significantly and gave engineering a clear, consistent foundation to build from. I also established design standards and documentation that were adopted company-wide — not just for this project — which reduced QA revision cycles and changed how design and engineering worked together going forward.
