I designed geospatial data collection and analysis tools for field surveyors and analysts working across multiple client organizations. None of it happened in a vacuum — I partnered closely with engineering at every stage, testing feasibility before ideas made it into the product. That meant fewer surprises and less rework once development started.

The clearest win was in the data-entry workflows. By rethinking how surveyors captured information, I meaningfully cut data-entry time and reduced the errors users were reporting — a change that paid off every day for the people using it. I owned the UX process end-to-end across several product releases: research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing. Each release built on what the last one taught us.
